Happy cows produce creamy milk!
In our alpine meadows, the bond between man and cow has given us cream, butter and cheese of incomparable quality since time immemorial. This hike will remind you of this special relationship that has shaped our beautiful Valais landscapes.
Games and tastings will be on hand to approach transhumance, alpine farming and the very particular quality of local produce in a fun way.
