Wild Plants in the Kitchen
Discover edible Alpine plants, cook them and taste them!
Set off to discover new flavours: the wild plants of our Valais mountains! Learn to identify them and cook them in the company of a certified herbalist.
The hiking and foraging trip is followed by preparing a meal and a tasting session at the Sur Coux canteen in Champéry. A wonderful opportunity to share an original activity!
